MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers is hosting “Green Shoe Day” on Nov. 6 at AAPEX. It is encouraging attendees to check out the remanufacturing section at AAPEX by “looking for the green carpet where remanufacturers, core and component suppliers, and industry friends will be.”

“Remanufacturing is sustainable by definition and we invite you to join us in making a statement on November 6 by wearing green shoes,” the organization said. “Together, we can show that our industry ‘walks the talk on sustainability.’”

MEMA said the shoes of choice for Green Shoe Day are Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Canvas in amazon green – available in high tops or low tops.
