TERREPOWER has appointed Michael Boe as president of its Europe business unit. Boe will lead the company’s European operations from Zug, Switzerland. This move marks a strategic step forward in TERREPOWER’s global growth strategy in the automotive aftermarket, it said.
“Michael’s expertise in the automotive aftermarket and leadership across complex global operations make him the ideal leader to guide our Europe business into its next phase of growth,” said Duncan Gillis, Chief Executive Officer of TERREPOWER. “We’re excited to have him on board as we position our Europe business for long-term success.”
New Leadership Brings Industry Experience to the Automotive Aftermarket
Boe brings more than 30 years of international experience to this new role. He most recently served as vice president and general manager of Global Aftermarket at BorgWarner Emission, Thermal & Turbo Systems. In that role, he led operations in Europe, North America, South America, and China. He managed a global remanufacturing network with sites in Poland, Mexico, China, and Brazil. His leadership included product lines such as transmissions, turbochargers, and ignition systems.
Boe also held senior leadership positions at Meritor. He served as managing director of its Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket business in EMEA and as sales director for the same region. In those roles, he improved profitability, enhanced operational execution, and strengthened customer relationships, TERREPOWER said.
“I’m excited to join TERREPOWER at such a pivotal time in its evolution,” said Boe. “The company’s commitment to innovation and sustainability, paired with its global growth strategy, makes this an incredible opportunity. I look forward to working with the talented team in Europe to build on the strong foundation already in place.”
