Kia America reported its best-ever November sales with 70,107 units sold, marking a 20% increase over November 2023. This achievement included record-breaking sales for the Telluride SUV.
Kia’s SUV models and electrified vehicles grew 38% and 45%, respectively, compared to the same period last year. These increases drove Kia’s highest November sales figures ever. The Carnival MPV, EV6, Sportage (ICE, HEV, PHEV), Telluride, and K4/Forte set new November records. Sales for these models rose 45%, 46%, 28%, 31%, and 12%, respectively, over last year.
Retail sales, excluding fleet sales, rose 20% year-over-year for the second consecutive month, setting another record. SUVs and electrified models made up 75% and 16% of Kia’s total November sales.
“Kia is clearly a brand on the move with world-class ICE and electrified vehicles,” said Eric Watson, vice president, sales operations, Kia America. “The Telluride has had an immeasurable impact on Kia since launching in 2019, and to reach all-time best monthly sales in 2024 speaks to its enduring appeal.”
